29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a), Shop; on or about October 21, 2021 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to eye/face injury hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the work rests in the Hammond pedestal wheel grinder were adjusted to a maximum gap of 1/8 in front of the wheel. b) Shop; or about October 21, 2021 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to eye/face injury hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the work rests in the Baldor pedestal wheel grinder was adjusted to a maximum gap of 1/8 in front of the wheel.
