29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) Brilliant Building & Design LLC worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ The supported scaffold frames did not rest on base plates or mud sills when erected on asphalt and planting beds exposing workers to fall hazards of 14 ft. while using scaffolding during framing activities. Violation occurred on or about 07/15/2021.
