29 CFR 1910.1000(c): An employee(s) was exposed to respiratory dust exposure in excess of the 8-hour time weighted average limits of 5mg/m3 listed in Table Z-3: a) On or about May 26, 2021, an employee cleaning out the dome enclosures was exposed to respirable dust of 57.5mg/m3 for an 8-hour day, which is 11.5 times the permissible exposure limit of 5mg/m3. Sampling was conducted for a period of 389 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 91 minutes. b) On or about May 26, 2021, an employee cleaning out the dome enclosures was exposed to respirable dust of 35.39mg/m3for an 8-hour day, which is 7.2 times the permissible exposure limit of 5mg/m3. Sampling was conducted for a period of 419 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 61 minutes.
