29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Facility-wide: On or about March 8, 2021, and at times prior to the employer exposes employees to respiratory hazards associated with anhydrous ammonia in that, the employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory program for employees required to wear tight-fitting full-face respirators when servicing/maintaining the company's refrigeration system.
