29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): (a) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement, pictogram, and precautionary statement. Employees used Zep DZ-7 Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner to disinfect surfaces. The disinfectant was placed in spray bottles for use. The secondary containers were not provided with labels nor were they marked with the identification or hazard information of the contents. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard. (b) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement, pictogram, and precautionary statement. An employee fueled buses from an approximate 10000 gallon tank. The tank was labeled "Flammable" and "Unleaded". The content of the tank was not identified nor was complete hazard information provided. This condition exposed an employee to a chemical hazard.
