29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Shop: On or about February 11, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that the fire extinguisher in the middle of the shop near the welding area had its access impeded due to a metal bin filled with scrap metal and welding rods.
