29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: Worksite located at 3500 Booth Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were working and walking near unprotected skylights on a low-sloped roof. The employees walking and working near the skylights were not protected from falling by the use of covers, barricades, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about December 7, 2020, an employee fell through an unprotected skylight opening on the roof.
