29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer. On or about 11/25/2020, employees required to wear a (Binks) tight-fitting half face respirator with Millennium 3000 cartridges when painting cabinetry with hazardous chemicals were exposed to health hazards, in that a written respiratory protection program was not develop, implement or used at the facility. Chemicals used in the Painting department include, but not limited to, Amarium Conversion Lacquer and PREM PC WHT LAQ SATN.
