29 CFR 1910.177(f): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing multi-piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(f)(1) through (11). On or about November 17, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing multi-piece rim wheels and assure that employees are instructed in and follow the procedure. This exposes the employees servicing the tires to struck-by hazards.
