29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lamp holders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts exposed to employee contact: a) On or about October 20, 2020, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while using electrical equipment plugged into an outlet receptacle which was not attached to the outlet box and did not have a faceplate, which exposed live parts. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
