29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: A. Tri-State Garden Supply, Inc. dba Gardenscape, Inc., On or about September 2, 2020, at the address of U856 State Route 66, Archbold, Ohio 43502: In the Production Area, the employer failed to guard in going nip points on a Hamer powered conveyor exposing the employee to caught in hazards.
