29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: (a) On or about July 13, 2020, a maintenance employee trouble shooting and repairing a Ducane Air Conditioning Unit (Model No. AC10B24 & Serial No. 6513090551) was exposed to electrical hazards. The employer did not ensure electrical safe work practices were employed.
