29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other expose: (a) On or about June 10, 2020, and at times prior to that date for the employees exposed to potential explosion hazards where fugitive grain dust 2 inches deep was present on the distribution tubes and other equipment surfaces on the bin floor of the elevator at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota.
