29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. Drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: On or about June 08, 2020, at 7205 S.R. 50 EAST, Groveland, FL 34736, in areas throughout the facility/old mill, employees were walking and working/operating industrial machinery, such as frontend loaders, forklifts and production machines, during which the walkways, stairways, floors emergency exits, machine operator work stations, and other walking-working surfaces were covered with spilled fertilizer granules, and with water intrusion from roof leaks and from leaking machinery/plumbing; therefore exposing the employees to slip/trip/fall hazards.
