29 CFR 1910.66(i)(1)(ii)(A): All employees who operate working platforms shall be trained in recognition of and preventive measures for the safety hazards associated with their individual work task. On the north west side of the shipping department, employees operated and worked from a work platform the employer did not provide employees hazard recognition of hazards to prevent equipment failure, exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
