29 CFR 1910.145(c)(1)(ii): All employees were not instructed that danger signs indicate immediate danger and that special precautions are necessary. Warehouse (Truck Unloading Area): On or about 3/19/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to biological hazards in that training was not provided to warn against respiratory hazards while employees are performing task such as tagging merchandise where bat feces laid directly on top of the boxes.
