29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 3/17/2020 throughout the facility, where the employer failed to ensure that workers performing maintenance tasks such as but not limited to gearbox changes, were not exposed to hazards such as but not limited to caught-in, struck-by, and amputations where specific procedures were not utilized on equipment such as but not limited to line 1 which consists of the extruder and mixer assemblies.
