Russell T Bundy Associates, Inc. - Mansfield, OH: On or about February 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees who performed pouring operations in the smelting area wore flame resistant clothing to protect against burn injuries to the upper and lower body. Employees that tend the furnace were exposed to burn injuries from molten tin splash. b. Russell T Bundy Associates, Inc. - Mansfield, OH: On or about February 11, 2020, employees who performed pouring operations were exposed to burn injuries to their hands in that the heat resistant gloves were not maintained in a reliable condition. Holes in the gloves put employees at risk of burn injuries from molten tin splash.
