29 CFR 1910.132(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers when exposed to hazards which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: a. On or about January 14, 2020, in the paint booth, employees were exposed to triglycidyl isocyanurate and carbon black, when not provided with feet coverings to protect shoes from becoming contaminated with the powder coating.
