29 CFR 1910.184(c)(14): Employers must not use slings without affixed and legible identification markings: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance bay The employer did not ensure slings used to hoist equipment had affixed and legible identification markings. Employees used chain slings, with a 5 ton Beacon Line Crane, for lifting engines and other bus parts that did not have an affixed identification tag. Violation observed on or about November 20, 2019
