29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. The employer is exposing employees to thermal and pressure hazards associated with the use of compressed helium gas. This was most recently documented on 10/28/2019 at the Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. location of 8020 S 84th St. La Vista, NE location. The employer did not include Helium Gas on the hazardous chemical list for the site. The site utilizes helium gas to fill balloons on a regular basis.
