29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings shall be level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement. a. On or about October 25, 2019, located at 34 Miami Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, employees were working from pump jack scaffolds with its poles resting on footings that did not prevent settling or displacement, thereby exposing the employees to 18 foot fall hazards.
