29 CFR 1910.215(a)(2): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not provided with safety guard(s) which covered the spindle end, nut, flange projections: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected for struck by and amputation hazards. This has most recently documented on or about August 30, 2019 at Pomp's Tire Service at 4101 West O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528. The spindle end, nut, and flange projection were exposed with no guard present.
