29 CFR 1910.106(d)(7)(i): Suitable fire control devices, such as small hose or portable fire extinguishers, were not available at locations where flammable or combustible liquids were stored. On or about August 29, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the Paint/Chemical Storage Container, the employer did not ensure suitable fire control devices were available in the event of a fire. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
