29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Fire Riser Room, FACP, FDC; 10010 San Pedro Office Building: On or about August 08, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing load bank testing procedures on an alternating terminal switch without adequate personal protective equipment such as but not limited to insulated gloves, arc flash jackets and coveralls, and arc flash gaiters.
