29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): Outdoor exit route(s) were not reasonably straight and did not have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways. a). Finishing Department (westside of the building) - On or about and times prior to September 10, 2019, the walkways leading from two exit doors to the outdoor exit discharge were not smooth, solid, and leveled, thus exposing employees to an egress hazard.
