29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: (a) Site: On the production floor, at Van Dorn 350 Ton Press #1019, in the facility at 100 Simplex Drive, Westminster, MA 01453: On 7/23/2019 the employer had not developed a written procedure to address the electrical safety hazards when an employee would be exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which had been deenergized.
