29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(1)(iii): Employers shall include chromium (VI) in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200). The employer is failing to protect employees by the ingestion of hazards created in the welding operations with training to employees in Hazardous Communication Program covering Chromium VI (Hexavalent Chromium) as identified in wipe sampling conducted by OSHA. This was most recently documented on July 16, 2019 at 1200 N. Centennial Drive Wayne NE 68787. Chromium VI was detected, and identified in Salt Lake Training Center (SLTC) lab analysis. Hexavalent Chromium is not included as a known hazard in HAZ COM training with warning information being given to the employees.
