29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch. On or about June 19, 2019 at 6555 McDonough Drive, Norcross, Ga. employees working with the Jet bench grinder to shape parts and sharpen tools were exposed to a struck-by hazard when the opening on the work rest(s) exceeded 1/8" or were missing.
