29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that the stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between the landings: The employer does not ensure stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between the landings. a) This violation was observed on or about June 3, 2019, at the North Games stairs leading to the second level, stair riser height is not uniform, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure stairs have uniform riser heights between the landings.
