29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): Each employer who had a workplace or operation covered by 29 CFR 1926.62 did not initially determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air (30 ug/m3) calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA): a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ The employer did not initially determine if employees were exposed at or above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air (30 ug/m3) calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA). On 5/6/19, employees performing interior manual demolition were exposed to lead at 65.0 ug/m3, 86.6 ug/m3 and 297 ug/m3 as an 8- hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1.3, 1.7 and 5.9 times, respectively. Zero exposure was assumed for unsampled periods of 271 minutes, 152 minutes and 139 minutes, respectively. Condition occurred on or about 5/6/19
