29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: On or about April, 24, 2019, in building one (1) on the 2nd floor, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 9 feet, in that; they had not been trained to recognize hazards such as but not limited to, fall hazards, and the proper use of the scaffold.
