Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003A Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords were being used as a permanent source for wiring: a) 221 Sunset Blvd, Chambersburg PA - On or about March 20, 2019, a yellow extension cord was used in lieu of fixed wiring to supply power to a CyberPower relocatable power tap (aka surge protector), which in turn supplied power to computer equipment and another yellow extension cord. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
