29 CFR 1926.1203(d): When the employer decided that its employees would enter permit spaces, the employer did not develop and implement a written permit space entry program that complied with �1926.1204 implemented at the construction site: a) Roadway in front of Lot 210 and Lot 211, Haslet Road, Governors, Lewes, DE: On or about February 19, 2019, the employer did not have a written permit space program for manhole entry to conduct inspection and testing of newly constructed sewer lines.
