29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 02/11/19 in the packaging area; employees were exposed to caught in hazards during the set-up, change over, cleaning and sanitation of the production equipment, such as but limited to, weigh dumpers and pouch filler machines on Line #1 - Solpac, Line #2 and Line # 3- PPI Leepack, when the employer did not require employees to utilize procedures to control hazardous energy before engaging in these activities. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
