29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about May 6, 2019, a portable fire extinguisher on the east side by the chemical tanks was blocked by an industrial Big Air fan, exposing employees to injury in the event of fire.
