29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): Employers shall include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200). Employers shall ensure that each employee has access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section. a) On January 29, 2019, the employer did not establish a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals in their work area such, as but not limited to, lead (kidney and brain damage).
