29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a.) On or about January 16, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were familiar with electrical safety related work practices before regreasing knives above the 480V fuses in the main switch gear for the big Banbury mixer. Employees were required to perform electrical work near 480V and did not recognize hazards associated with Electrical Safety Related Work Practices.
