29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(ii): Snaphooks of the locking type that were connected to each other were not designed to be used in such a configuration. a) Supported Scaffold Northwest Entrance - On or about January 9, 2019 a Fall Tech brand shock absorbing lanyard and a Fall Tech brand self-retracting lifeline were connected together by their self-locking snap hooks which were not designed by the manufacturer for use in that manner.
