29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about December 10, 2018, and in times prior thereto, two operators were cleaning a 4200 Series Mixer Grinder without the employer performing periodic inspections of the energy control procedures. This exposed operators to the hazard of being caught-in the mixer, located in the grinding room.
