29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about December 11, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to overhead electrical hazards, and to falling object hazards from lighting fixtures, components, tools, and debris, that fall from the ceiling, where they were not required to wear hardhats.
