29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: FACILITY-WIDE: On or about and at times prior to December 6, 2018, the employer had not developed and implemented a written Exposure Control Plan including occupational exposure determination and describing how the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.1030(d) through (h) will be met. The employer had four individual documents (Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure, Exposure and Outbreak Investigation and Responsibilities and Work Restrictions, Hepatitis B Vaccination, and Regulated Medical Waste) that addressed some, but not all, requirements of the standard.
