29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A): Employees were not insulated from energized parts through the use of rubber insulating gloves or rubber insulating gloves and sleeves worn in accordance with paragraph (c)(2) of this section: On or about November 27, 2018, an employee was exposed to an electrical shock hazard while working near high voltage power lines without insulated gloves with sleeves.
