29 CFR 1926.24: The employer did not develop and/or maintain an effective fire protection and prevention program at the job site throughout all phases of the construction, repair, alteration or demolition work and/or did not ensure the availability of the fire protection and suppression equipment required by Subpart F of this part: a. On or about November 10, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop or maintain a fire protection and prevention program for employees engaged in demolition activities.
