29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: a) Facility - On or about 08/29/18 and at times prior thereto emergency exit signs and emergency lights at exit routes were missing. b) Facility - On or about 08/29/18 and at times prior thereto emergency exit signs and emergency exit lights at exit routes were not operating. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
