29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work in areas containing ACM and PACM is begun; employer did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of ACM, and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section. a) At the worksite; North Building, First Floor Locker Room demolition and renovation project; the employer did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM for employees with the job title of laborers; on or about 7/16/18, 7/17/18, and 7/18/18. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
