29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used protective footwear when working in areas where there was a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet were exposed to electrical hazards: On or about June 25, 2018 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working on metal parts with sharp edges and lifting metal parts that could weigh up to 50 pounds wore steel-toed boots in the workplace.
