29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed: a) Receiving Yard Log office, 156 Industrial Boulevard, Everett, PA 15537: Observed on or about June 5, 2018, unused openings in a box housing a light switch were not effectively closed. The light switch was located inside the building to the right of the door.
