29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: a. On or about May 22, 2018, located at the Grant Park Apartments at apartment building 2A, employees were performing masonry work from a fabricated framed scaffold while not all working levels were fully planked, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20-30 feet.
