29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: a) Trim Press Department - On or about May 7, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) used safety-related work practices to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when performing electrical work such as installing additional light lamps on Trim Press #16. An employee came in contact with live electrical equipment during installation of the lighting and suffered an electrical shock.
